Nurzat Abdyrasulova – President Unison Group, Kyrgystan
Nurzat Abdyrasulova is a prominent energy and environmental expert in Kyrgyzstan, with over 20 years of professional experience. Her key roles and achievements include:
- Founder and CEO of Unison Group: Established and leads an analytical organization focused on energy efficiency, climate change, sustainable development, and good governance.
- Advisory Board member, Kyrgyz Green Alliance Association: Since 2020, she has promoted green economy policies and climate change agendas at high levels.
- Project Leadership: Led over 40 trans-regional projects, notably serving as Team Leader for the $55 million Kyrgyz Sustainable Energy Efficiency Financing Facility (KyrSEFF).
- Policy Advocacy: Instrumental in fostering policy dialogue, guiding government leaders to incorporate good governance practices, and promoting transparency and accountability in the energy sector.
- International Representation: Represented Kyrgyzstan in international forums, including United Nations climate change meetings, contributing to global discussions on environmental sustainability.
Educational Background: Holds Master's degrees in Management of Water and Energy Resources and Environmental Management.
Ms. Abdyrasulova's leadership continues to drive sustainable development initiatives, significantly impacting environmental policy and energy sector management in Central Asia.

Guy Eames MSc. BA. is a Sustainability Protagonist and Social Entrepreneur with over 20 years of international business development experience in Multinationals, Start-ups, Industry Associations. Guy believes in delivering change through developing business tools, online training and launching new cutting-edge technologies in emerging markets. Lived and worked in 6 countries.. He has a Master degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from Demontfort University, Leicester and a BA in European Business from Reutlingen University (Germany) and Middlesex University. Guy has played various roles in establishing Green Building Councils in 5 countries and has been engaged as a sustainability expert in many large scale projects. He was co-author of the reports to the International Olympic Committee for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. More recent projects include advising the BRE to adapt BREEAM for implementation in non English speaking countries and creating instruments to expand sustainable construction techniques between the BRICS countries. Guy is one of the founders of earthbot.io.
